Doujinshi
Doujinshi are self-published Japanese (or occasionally English) works, usually in the form of manga or novels. Avid fans often attend the regular doujinshi conventions, the largest of which is Comiket, held in Tokyo. There is a rather large fanbase for InuYasha doujinshi, ranging in content from gag to hentai. Over the years I have been able to buy a few Kohaku-related doujinshi, and I now wish to share the scans with my viewers. Be warned that some of the doujinshi do contain adult content. However, I will never post any images above the PG level. Please check the movie-style rating system I have given the doujinshi before you go out and buy your own.
Ku-Yoh
Title: Ku-YohMeaning: ku - nine ; yoh - ?
Artist/Circle: Chino & Job
Rating: G Tone : comedy
Pages: 31
Summary: A nice parody book with a focus on the main and semi-main characters. Includes various short stories and numerous parodies, of which one is about Kohaku and Sango. Their story starts when Kohaku meets up with Inuyasha and gang (I assume he was sent to attack them by Naraku, although there is no fighting). Sango tries to help him, but it is of no use - he is still under Naraku's control. This book has some beautiful character inserts as well.
Love or Lust
Title: Love or LustMeaning: --
Artist/Circle: Akari Kagami
Rating: G
Tone: comedy
Pages: 30
Summary: This parody book involves most of the main cast, although the focus is usually on InuYasha and Kagome Nevertheless, Kohaku does make an appearance on two pages, one alongside Yura and another alongside Sango. Both pages include artist comments about the character(s) on the page. A short comic is also on Sango and Kohaku's page.
Mugen Jouya (Dream Night) by Applesauce
Title: Mugen - dream ; Jouya - nightArtist/Circle: Applesauce
Rating: NC-17
Tone: serious
Pages: 31
Summary: One of the few that are specifically centered around Kohaku and Sango, this doujinshi is far from child-friendly. The story begins as Sango has a dream about Kohaku, and then remembers a time in their past before Naraku had entered thier lives....and continues from there. Only a select few pages could be shown, a shame since the artwork is lovely.
